7. We do not accept sites that has little content or copies content from other sites.
8. We do not accept directories that offer no value to a web surfer or a webmaster. For example: internal pages not indexed on a search engine or are in Google's supplemental index (bad for webmasters) or full or spammy worthless sites (bad for web surfers).

Editors here at Popular Sites Online have the right to change the title and/or description of any site that may be too offensive or just plan sloppy. Editing titles and descriptions isn't something we like to do, it slows approval time and makes editors and webmasters unhappy. That can be avoided by following the rules below.

Site title: Please use descriptive site title. Do not use all caps, urls, or even ip numbers in your title.

Site description: Please use a well-written description of your site. Write in complete sentences and/or descriptive phrases using proper grammar, punctuation and correct spelling. Do not use profanity when describing your site. Sites with no description will be deleted.

Category: Be sure to select a proper category for your site, if one doesn't exist suggest one in the forums.

Finally last but not least. NO CHEATING Sorting sites by votes can help a user to determine a site's value, so any attempts at cheating will have you banned from the list. This includes but is not limited to spamming and proxy voting. Users should arrive at the gateway under there own will, do not use any method to force visitors to vote for your site, if your content is good people will vote willingly. Your site's staff must be notified that such methods of voting are UNACCEPTABLE, and therefore they must not help in such activities.
